Artist Evolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
